Returns

We hope you’re happy with your order. However, if you need to make a return, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to make a return:

To start a return, please contact hello@alvaclo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return has been accepted, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and details on where to send your item(s). Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

If 10 working days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@alvaclo.com.
