SHIPPING POLICY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery

Standard Delivery: £3.99
Free Standard Delivery on orders of £85 or more.

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including delays experienced by the delivery carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
